Today is the 4 year anniversary of making my broadway debut in “Chicago” the musical. While I may not have been dancing my heart out for the past year+, I did find and master a killer chocolate chip cookie recipe (comment and I’ll share it with you), get really well acquainted with my kitchen appliances and realize that you never need a reason to make cupcakes. Until the moment I step back on stage, I will be looking for the joy in this dark pandemic year of quarantine.
